According to Ghamidi sahab, if your personal actions are not affecting anyone’s rights, then Islamic government can’t punish him. According to Dr. Israr, Islamic government can punish individuals if they have committed a sin.
I think that we should not say anything about it unless we have complete knowledge about it.

I would like to ask Mr Ghamdi as to what is the punishment for ‘itidaad’ or what is called apostacy?
There is a conspiracy about Mr. Ghamdi, that he is trained and hired by Jews or Mosad, to spread different kind of Islam in the minds of young people of Pakistan. He always interprate Islam in very wrong way.. I used to listen him but then Alhamdulillah i realized that yous should not listen to him unless you have strong Eemaan..
Mashallah both are gr8 but Ghamdi sab is more convincing than dr Israr.

In the Rashidun Caliphate, a punishment was fixed for people who drink alcohol..
now in this the person is only harming himself by sin, and no other party is involved..but still the government devised a punishment for him..
This explains the fact the govt can make such laws if necessary and change them too, but to say that they do no have the authority is wrong..

sorry im with ghamdi on this, god gave us the power to choose and that is what we will be tested on…our choices will determine our afterlife, and if the government imposes all the commandments then there would be no need for free will…god couldve just programmed us like a computer instead…for me ghamdi is a 100 percent right and israr is slightly psycotic…prophet in his time did not even force people to pray, plus its very impractical to implement each and every probibited act

ghamdi will never quote a full Ayat from Quran, a few words from Quran and will try to miss guide ppl … while Dr. Israr will always state complete Ayat … as done in this episode
